We offer a broad range of mindfulness-based services to help you better cope with difficulties (the challenges of stress, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship disruptions, poor attention and concentration, lack of focus, and chronic pain) in daily life.

But it’s not just stopping the difficult; it’s bringing in the positive. We place emphasis on skills to cultivate positive emotions for a happier, healthier, more peaceful life; more satisfying, connected relationships; and enhanced performance coupled with authentic purpose.

And embodied mindfulness practices improve attention, concentration, and focus. We teach embodied mindfulness practices to help people improve their focus; achieve their goals, both personal and professional; and enhance their performance. Living your best life ultimately means discovering and living consistent with your values (finding your authentic purpose and doing your best).

By learning practices to focus our attention on the present moment with an open, curious attitude we gain insight that helps connect us to ourselves, each other, and the larger world (connected) in a way that benefits our health (emBODYed); improves our focus and performance, leads to better choices (enhanced performance); and leaves us feeling happier and more at peace (balanced).
