We teach embodied mindfulness practices to help people improve their focus; achieve their goals, both personal and professional; and enhance their performance. Living your best life ultimately means discovering and living consistent with your values (finding your authentic purpose and doing your best).

By learning practices to focus our attention on the present moment with an open, curious attitude we gain insight that helps connect us to ourselves, each other, and the larger world (connected) in a way that benefits our health (emBODYed); improves our focus and performance, leads to better choices (enhanced performance); and leaves us feeling happier and more at peace (balanced).
