We live in a story, whether we know it or not, and that story shapes our physical health and wellbeing now and into the future.

I help people open the portal to the story they were born to live.

A Story Medicine Quest begins with tapping into ancestral and archetypal strengths so you can begin to find an orientation to yourself, important others, and the world that’s more rooted and aligned with your essential self (who you really are).

As you connect with that which is essential to your being, you develop a more meaningful life and become more intentional about the story you live. 

You gain a broader perspective and bigger vision so you can see more clearly and head in the best direction. You gain more authentic ways of tapping into strengths and authentic purpose necessary for creating a meaningful life.

Whatever it is that stops you from living a full life, we can help. Using a holistic approach to treatment, we focus on embodied mindfulness practices for growth, healing, and wellness. When people are embodied, connected, and balanced in body, mind, heart, and spirit they thrive.

We offer a broad range of mindfulness-based services to help you better cope with difficulties (the challenges of stress, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship disruptions, poor attention and concentration, lack of focus, and chronic pain) in daily life.

But it’s not just stopping the difficult; it’s bringing in the positive. We place emphasis on skills to cultivate positive emotions for a happier, healthier, more peaceful life; more satisfying, connected relationships; and enhanced performance coupled with authentic purpose.

And embodied mindfulness practices improve attention, concentration, and focus. We teach embodied mindfulness practices to help people improve their focus; achieve their goals, both personal and professional; and enhance their performance. Living your best life ultimately means discovering and living consistent with your values (finding your authentic purpose and doing your best).

By learning practices to focus our attention on the present moment with an open, curious attitude we gain insight that helps connect us to ourselves, each other, and the larger world (connected) in a way that benefits our health (emBODYed); improves our focus and performance, leads to better choices (enhanced performance); and leaves us feeling happier and more at peace (balanced).
